By using the bet4 platform, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors without an account, and any party accessing bet4's services in any capacity.

Bet4 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If you are unable to verify your age, your account will be suspended and any winnings or account balance may be withheld until verification is completed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bet4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Bet4 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM10,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the verified player only.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per individual, per IP address, and per device.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms — expired bonuses cannot be reclaimed.

Bet4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players found to have abused the bonus system — including the use of automated software, multi-account coordination, or opposing betting strategies — will have their accounts terminated.

Every game outcome is random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bet4.

In the context of Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and cricket — all odds displayed are accurate at the time of publication. bet4 reserves the right to void or correct any bets accepted in error due to technical faults or odds errors. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be credited back to the player's account.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the bet4 platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Any breach of these conduct rules will result in immediate action, including instant account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal proceedings where necessary.

Bet4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Account closure requested by the player.

Where an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 14 business days. Where closure is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
